- A large living room of around 50 m² with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge with fireplace.
- A second, partially open lounge-library, with piano, guitar and lots of books on hand
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine
- A landing room with children's games and storage for coats and shoes
- A bathroom with bath

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 (16 m²): with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 (10 m²): queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 (10 m²): with two single beds (twin beds) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, travel cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
The house is surrounded by an unfenced, private, south-facing garden of 2000 m², with a small road with very little traffic nearby.

Location: 15 minutes from Coutances, 20 minutes from the beaches (Hauteville-sur-Mer) and 25 minutes from the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville. The house faces due south and offers uninterrupted views over the typical Cotentin bocage countryside. It is also 25 minutes from Granville and Saint-Lô, 20 minutes from Villedieu-les-Poêles, and less than an hour from Mont-Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches.
