The facilities are great but the way they run them is terrible. In house restaurant is unbelievably slow, plan at least 1h per course, if you get it at all. Charged double what was quoted by you. Despite previously contacting the property in regards to travelling with dogs this became an issue at check in. Connecting rooms but connecting doors locked. Made to feel as if we were the issue. Two small rooms not the quadruple room that was booked.
