Villa Bord de mer à 100 Mètres de la Plage - 5 Chambres et 10 Couchages

  • I rent my house ideally located 100 metres from the superb Minihic beach in Saint-Malo, very close to the Sillon and the GR 34.
    The living rooms and bedrooms are particularly spacious (surface area of 180m2)
    You can do everything without a car; shops and bakery less than 2 minutes walk away. The old town is 10 minutes away by bus or 30 minutes walk along the sea.
    The house and the large terrace are south facing and are bathed in light.
    Enjoy also a beautiful garden to relax and rest.
    The house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay: full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture, etc...

La maison est jolie, tres bien équipée, bien agencée, les chambres sont pratiques et les 2 salles d'eau aussi. Propre, juste un peu de poussière mais en vacances on s'en fiche.Tres bien placée il y avait toujours des places dans la rue. Plage très proche.L'annonce ne precisait pas qu'il y aurait un locataire au sous-sol. Ses odeurs de cuisine remontaient dans la maison.Et nous avions loué pour 10 personnes et il n'y avait que 6 serviettes de douche.

La maison est bien équipée. Nous avons passé un bon sejour à 8 amis. Bien située à proximité de la plage et des commerces. On peut tout faire à pieds et prendre le bus pour se rendre à Saint Malo intra muros ou Cancale.

La maison est bien située à proximité des commerces et de la plage.L'espace de vie est lumineux et spacieux. Au niveau sécurité, une main courante pour accéder et surtout descendre de l'étage est indispensable, notamment pour les enfants et les personnes âgées.Comme il faisait 2 degrés dehors , il faisait froid dans la maison : le chauffage est mal équilibré, les chambres a l'étage sont très fraîches, le radiateur de la salle de bains de l'étage ne fonctionnait pas.Impossible pour les occupants de monter la température. Un radiateur d'appoint eut donc été apprécié.Équipements corrects, livres, bédés, jeux à disposition.Pour le prix la prestation ménage n'est pas satisfaisante ( poubelles toilettes non vidées, freezer givré, écoulement lavabo à revoir....)Quelques améliorations sont donc à apporter.

Exceptionnel

La maison est mieux que sa description. Spacieuse et extrêmement bien pensée pour se retrouver en famille avec enfants petits enfants. On peut facilement s’isoler pour avoid du calme. Une décoration simple mais soignée. Les plus :Audrey qui nous a donné des tuyaux. Et la plage à 100m juste géniale.

Séjour moyen

Le ménage n'était pas satisfaisant (pas fait ?), déchets dans les poubelles, poussières un peu partout.Beaucoup de vis à vis avec les voisins et aucun rideaux !Par contre pour voir la mer il faut se mettre sur la pointe des pieds à un endroit bien précis ... vue survendue.Beaux espaces et maison bien rénovée. Plage sympa à pied à 5mn.
