Unfriendly people at the park
Nice house, fully equipped, but a bit shabby (rusty bin, cups and glasses only a few, thick layers of dust on the closets, sticky floors etc). No WiFi, although its stated in the app that the WiFi details would be shared in June. In these days no WiFi is a no go… Location is great, very close to beaches, bakeries and restaurants and the old city. Parking is horrendous, we were told to park on an unnumbered spot. When we did we were send away again, because somebody owned the sport but dit not out a number on it. Thtreathening with police, putting things on our car and all.

Superbe emplacement dans une superbe région...
Appartement très bien agencé, à proximité de tout: piscine de la résidence mais surtout belle grande plage de sable et d'autres plus confidentielles, le Gr 34, St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, un peu plus loin, Rennes, Mont St Michel...il y en a pour tous les goûts.. Seuls "manques": nous n'avons pas trouvé de carafe pour l'eau... et une cocotte minute serait la bienvenue... pour cuire à la vapeur évidemment.. et permettrait plus aisément d'ebouillanter crabes et araignées.. la plus grosse casserole est trop petite. Autant dire manques mineurs ! Nous recommandons !

BIEN SITUEE ENTRE CANCALE ET ST MALO
Charmante maisonnette, cosy, bien située pour découvrir la région. Proche de St Malo et de Cancale, visites et dégustation des produits régionaux assurés ! un régal pour les yeux et les papilles !! Bien entretenue, propre et décorée avec goût. Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits (malheureusement !), mais nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois...

Notre séjour a été vraiment excellent. Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la plage, et proche d'un très bon endroit pour contempler les couchers de soleil. La maison est extrêmement propre, bien décorée et très fonctionnelle. Et juste à côté de la piscine de la résidence. Je recommande vivement et je relouerai avec grand plaisir. La propriétaire répond très vite et est très sympathique. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Logement idéalement situé près de la plage. Cependant les prestations décrites dans l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité du bien proposé (l'annonce a été modifiée depuis…). Pas de barbecue (pourtant annoncé), cafetière à capsules inexistante (après l'envoi d'un SMS à la propriétaire, elle nous précise que l'ancien locataire l'a endommagée; pour autant, elle ne s'excuse pas de ne pas nous en avoir informés…), pas de WIFI. Concernant le parking, à savoir qu'au vu du nombre de vacanciers au mois d'août, pas de possibilité de se garer dans la rue sur une place; toujours à cheval sur le trottoir. Maison propre mais globalement négligée: lumière cassée dans la chambre d'enfants, au moins une ampoule grillée sur chaque point de lumière, télécommande de télévision cassée, baignoire rafistolée. Pas de volets dans les chambres, salle de bains très petite. Laverie la plus proche ne se trouvant pas à 300 mètres comme indiqué par la propriétaire mais à 3kms. Ce qui est surtout le plus décevant, c'est que le bien ne corresponde pas à l'annonce, du coup, le prix de la nuit est bien cher (baissé depuis). Heureusement, St Malo et la Bretagne sont magnifiques! Pour avoir loué de nombreux logements, nous pouvons assurer que c'est une "petite" arnaque!

Zeer mooie lokatie om op reis te gaan, tot rust te komen, te wandelen en te genieten.
Zeer mooie lokatie om op reis te gaan, tot rust te komen, te wandelen en te genieten. Echter een nadeel, het parkeren van de wagen is een ramp, zeker op mooie zomerse dagen, velen anderen komen ook dan genieten van de zee en strand. Maar eenmaal geparkeerd laat je best je auto staan en geniet je van de regio te voet. We hebben er een zeer mooi verblijf. Misschien tot een volgende keer.

Bonne location, bon emplacement, contact propriétaire agréable
Logement fonctionnel et situé à deux pas de la plage. La propriétaire est très rapide lors des échanges. Procédure simple à l'arrivée comme au départ. Cuisine complète, il n'y manque absolument rien. Je recommande cette adresse. Points d'amélioration possibles : des rideaux occultants dans les chambres, les matelas dans la chambre des enfants étaient un peu trop fins, et le wifi serait le bienvenu. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une bonne semaine.

La propriétaire n était pas au courant de notre réservation voir Homeway personne pour nous accueillir pas de clé pas de contrat de ce fait nous ne savions pas qu on devait prendre des draps on a dû payer les draps sur place 39€ heureusement que la personne qui s occupe du ménage est arrivée à 17h une vrai catastrophe la propriétaire ni pu rien elle n était même pas au courant de notre réservation franchement très déçue de votre service et j ai passé des heures avec votre service pour obtenir une adresse un truc de malade.Olivier Roy
