"My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). The biggest inconvenience is that there is no WiFi in the residence apartments and one has to come down to the reception or restaurant to get...

"Mon séjour était vraiment décevant. Je pensais que c’était un hôtel 4 étoiles mais ce n’était pas le cas. Je crois qu’ils n’ont même pas deux. Le logement n’était pas du tout celui des photos réservé sur le site. On voulait nous filer un studio derrière la résidence, pas lumineux et très petit, on a du changer et payer un supplément. Arrivée à l’autre logement les lits n’étaient même pas faits, pas de papier toilette, ni savon pour se laver les mains, le canapé étais cassé, et le sol étais sale....

May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. Shower rim around bottom is quite soiled and not properly...

"We stayed as a family of four, and had a wonderful time. We’d never been to Pornichet and didn’t know where to stay, but couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and to local hospitality spots. We would definitely visit again and would recommend to others!"
