it is a family home shared between brothers and sisters. It is made to accommodate nice adults and happy children. It is not a "brand new show house" but it is "inhabited" and lively, surrounded by a 1200 m2 enclosed garden.
September and October are perfect months to visit the region (St Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Cap Fréhel etc) and enjoy the beaches in complete serenity!
