Located in the best place, close to the beach and town but in a quiet setting with lovely walks and cycle paths.
-Natural Beach: 600m -Dinard: A stone's throw away 5-7 min car, bus or bicycle -St Malo: A short drive 15-20 minutes by car, bus -Mount Saint Michel: 50 minutes’ drive
We are a family that is passionate about Bretagne, the Emeraude Cote and specially Saint Lunaire, which is why we bought and completely renovated this lovely home.
The house has been designed to spend nice moments in summer and winter, with family or friends, by the fire or the garden. You will benefit from a new, bright, well-insulated house with high-end household appliances!
The Homes Distribution:
- 3 Floors and a basement for storage. - 4 Bedrooms (Bed sizes: 1 x 180cm, 2 x 160cm, 2 x 90cm) - 3.5 Bathrooms ( large nice showers and bathtub in master bath) - Comfortably accommodate 8 people
FIRST LEVEL:
The living space located on the ground floor is very welcoming with its OPEN CONCEPT allows for an easy flow between spaces.
The beauty of the LARGE WINDOWS allows lots of light and also nice views on the Garden.
The COMPLETELY EQUIPPED KITCHEN allows to prepare delicious meals with products found on the local market. With the brand-new high-end appliances (SMEG Stove/piano cuisson and LARGE AMERICAN FRIDGE) and nice marble counter tops. With its open concept you can easily cook and enjoy the living room and be part of the Action.
Eating is a pleasure either on the kitchen island or on the dining table seating 8 guests.
Useful back entrance that allows you to hang all your coats, or beach items as well as a guest toilet located on this floor.
We have added a wood Nordic chimney to feel warm in winter and spend beautiful evenings accompanied by the TV or a board game.
SECOND LEVEL :
Perfectly planned you will find 3 nice sized Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second level. All rooms have large windows with lovely views and filled with light
-1 double bedrooms (180cm beds) with private ensuite shower and sink area -1 double bedrooms (180cm beds) -1 bunk bed children bedroom, furnished with toys and bunk beds (2x 90cm beds). - 1 shared large bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
THIRD LEVEL:
On the third floor you will find the MASTER BEDROOM with a double bed (160cm) and its ensuite master bath with BATHTUB and separate WC.
The views from this floor are wonderful and even if it’s in the Attic the 3 meter height of the celling make it a large and very peaceful room.

We had a great time in Saint Lunaire! Bertrand and Sofia were very welcoming! The house has been fully renovated and is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. We particularly appreciated the amenities for the kids (high chair, cutlery, toys etc).

We spend a few days in this completely renovated home. Sofia is a great host, communication went very smoothly and all relevant information were provided timeley. The house is entirely renovated with spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and sufficient bathrooms. All equipment worked as intended. The house has a spacious garden with the possibiity to enjoy a coffee or reading.
The house is located in a calm area outside St-Lunaire and a 10min foot walk away from a beautiful sandy beach. St-Lunaire is 5min away by car/bicycle - there all shops for the daily business are available.
In summary, we recommend this home for all those who look for a new spacious and calm home to explore the Dinard/St-Malo area.
