Bonjour, je viens de passer 15 jours dans ylang. Un séjour parfait! Le studio est très confort, le lit parfait et bien pourvue de tous les accessoires cuisine, coffre, sèche cheveux et bien d'autres. Même La télé a le mérite d'être là, en 24pouce 😁. Les abords du studio sont verdoyant et entretenue. Une petite pelouse au pied de la varangue et des arbustes tout autour nous rappelle l'exotisme du 'lieu. La piscine est parfaite, chauffé a 29 et avec une vue magnifique au couchant. Le bain à remous était absent, , C'est bien dommage car mon dos aurais très apprécié. Enfin, le Contact avec les propriétaires était très sympa, a l'écoute. Merci aux soins que vous apportez à votre location et ses locataires. Mon séjour fut fort agréable. Plus qu'à revenir 😁

Un appartement où il fait bon séjourner. L'hôte est attentionné, Il nous a mis à disposition d'un lit parapluie et d'une chaise haute pour notre bébé, sans l'avoir demandé. Le cadre est agréable est calme avec la vue sur la mer et le couché de soleil. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir.

Le logement est bien situé, il est également bien équipé niveau cuisine. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Seule petite chose à changer, les oreillers qui n'etaient pas très confortables. La piscine etait également bien entretenu. Le propriétaire gentil et courtois. Je recommande

L'appart est très fonctionnel. La terrasse est super agréable pour les repas et petit dej, la vue y est magnifique, on y observait les baleines. Norbert est très réactif dans sa communication et en cas de problème, il règle cela immédiatement. Bref au top

Je suis originaire de la Réunion a la base Cette année j'ai du louer Et bien je ne suis pas déçue Les photos sur Abritel correspondent bien à la location Mr Norbert est attentif et attentionné envers ses locataires L'équipement est parfait Et la piscine au soleil permet même d'en profiter en juillet Je suis ravie de cette location et l'ai déjà recommander à mes collègues et proches Merci Norbert et merci à votre fils A bientôt

Appartement confortable, piscine propre et agréable, quartier calme. Même si c'est un studio, on a passé 5 jours à 4 sans souci (on vit à l'extérieur à la Réunion). Présence de petites fourmis, dpnc ne rien laisser ouvert.

Très bel emplacement pour ce logement avec vue sur l'océan. La piscine est petite avec le partage des autres locataires mais très belle. Le logement est pratique, il faut cependant améliorer la propreté pour un résultat parfait. Norbert le propriétaire est très gentil et très à l'écoute. Merci

La location est bien placée mais le logement est petit et surtout envahit par les fourmis , obligé de tout mettre dans le frigo, j’ai jeté toute la Nourriture que j avais rangé dans les placards … même les sachets fermés elles ont réussit à rentrer dedans ! Le propriétaire m’a dit qu’il allait s’en occuper en mettant de l’insecticide mais il n’a rien fait ! La piscine était sale la moitié de la duré de notre séjour , j’ai dû l’appeler 2 fois !

excellent environnement sur les hauteurs de ST LEU , vue sur la mer, plein sud Le studio Ylang 1 et 2 sont situés en rez de jardin à coté de la piscine avec une grande varangue, convient pour 2 personnes , pas plus . Le propriétaire NORBERT est très sympa, disponible en cas de problème Les clés du studio sont cachés ,disponibles pour l'arrivée ou le départ à toute heure
