Villa Bellevue on the hills of Saint Leu: breathtaking views

  • Come and discover the Villa Bellevue in the heights of Saint Leu (the Chaloupe Saint Leu) with its breathtaking view of the west of the island.
    Serves 10.
    With its 4 beautiful bedrooms that can accommodate you for the week or the weekend with family or friends. A bedroom with a Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bedroom with 2 double beds. Travel cot if needed.
    The house is fully equipped, with for adults an outdoor kitchen with covered barbecue area, a large convivial brazier facing the sea, a table football, hammock and ping pong table. Swimming pool with solar heating and jacuzzi. A large garden for children to let off steam with swing and slide.
    But also the internet with Netflix, prime video.
    You are 5 minutes from a mini-market and a bakery. 20 minutes from a shopping center and 30 minutes from the city center of Saint Leu and its beaches.
    Evening with moderate music allowed: respect for the neighbourhood.
    No pets.
    Parking for 4-5 cars.

Route sinueuse pour accéder au logement et véhicule indispensable mais vue magnifique. Logement très propre mais humide (odeur sur la literie et vêtements). Literie inconfortable. Très bien pour les familles mais des améliorations à effectuer pour être vraiment serein. Les propriétaires sont a l’écoute et communication facile. Nous avons passé cependant un très bon séjour et de très bons moments entre amis et famille.

La vue est superbe. La maison agréable et bien équipée. Il faudra prévoir une voiture capable de faire les montées pour faire la route depuis saint leu. Propriétaire disponible et sympathique Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Maison familiale géniale

Nous avons séjourné en famille fin juillet 2023 dans cette maison avec une vue incroyable. Cette maison est l'ideal pour se ressourcer et se couper du bruit de la ville. Maison super bien équipée. Nous gardons précieusement l'adresse pour une prochaine fois. Les propriétaires sont très sympa. Le bémol de luxe ce serait d'enlever la partie haute de la rembarde en bois pour profiter du coucher de soleil sans bouger du jacuzzi!!!😋 Merci et a une prochaine fois!!!! Farida, Clément et Paula.
