Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. "This place is so peaceful, yet easy to get to Quebec City and has a swimming pool / hot tub / sauna to entertain people who don’t want to sit around the fire and chat. There’s a fun games room. I highly recommend and was not expecting what we found. A great house to stay."

"We had a great stay. Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. I found the interaction with the manager pleasant. We had no other issues for the rest of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with staple pantry items. The decor is pleasant and tastefully done. "This trip included 12 people in total, including multiple persons with special needs and decreased mobility. We are also non-French speaking for the most part but the communication was wonderful, the chalet was gorgeous and met everyone's needs - we would definitely recommend this place and the hosts to anyone looking for great service and value!
