A 2-hour DRIVE north of LYON via the A89, the Les Vouzances villa is designed to host special occasions: birthdays, stag nights, or family gatherings. It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an extraordinary garden with a spacious terrace, a BBQ*, and even an 8m x 4m indoor pool! But that’s not all: a dining room for 45 people adjoining a living room/game room with foosball, an arcade machine, a punch machine, and a poker table—where you can also dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers—are the icing on the cake!

Not only are they incredibly comfortable, but they also ensure true privacy thanks to their curtains, which allow you to shut out the rest of the group. Even better, each bed comes with its own electrical socket. So convenient for charging your phone without hogging your neighbor’s outlet!

• Order a kerbside pickup from the nearest supermarket, and we’ll take care of picking it up and stocking the fridge with the items you’ve chosen!*

• That big cleaning at the end of your stay? We’ll take care of it!

The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the ground floor when you leave, wash your dishes, as well as to dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to take glass to the town’s collection point.

• The villa price includes 16 people. Starting with the 17th person, a supplement of 30 euros per person per night applies: just enter the correct number of guests when making your reservation—it’s calculated automatically ;)

• What about the security deposit? No surprises! The rules are clear and provided before your stay



🔊Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 300 metres away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or use the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise level of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
