ATTENTION WEEKEND RATE Friday and Saturday nights: €95/NIGHT including linens. Charming, comfortable stone cottage in the heart of the Monts d'Ambazac. Classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, guaranteeing quality service. Located at the end of a quiet hamlet, with lovely neighbors. Beautiful garden with table, deck chairs, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue. A large room on the ground floor with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and wood-burning stove for a cosy fire! Separate shower and toilet. Two bedrooms upstairs: one 9 m² (double bed) and one 8 m² (two single beds). Mezzanine with a single bed. Antique single bed on the ground floor. WiFi. You will have access to the entire property. The barn and outbuildings remain closed and inaccessible except upon request for cyclists at the BikePark. Coffee and tea are provided for your first breakfast. Unfortunately, wheelchair access is impossible due to a staircase and an unsuitable entrance doorway. My friend Laurence and her cheerful disposition are available at any time to welcome you, show you around the house, and assist you during your stay and upon your departure. Pierre knows the house inside and out and can fix anything! A welcome booklet provides details about the house, tourist activities, and our personal recommendations (regional specialities, quality local shops, Limousin beef producers, good restaurants, beautiful walks, etc.), as well as local IGN maps. Firewood package: €30 per basket of approximately 15 logs. Due to past abuses and rising electricity prices, we include a consumption allowance of €10/kWh/day. Any consumption exceeding this will be billed at the current EDF rate. Metre readings will be taken upon arrival and departure.
