Rooms were adequate, wish they would have had a coffee machine. Did have a refrigerator but no microwave. Staff was very friendly and I would stay there again.

Large, clean room. Four people easily fit. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and quickly brought towels when requested! Nice stay and would do again.

Staff was awesome and helpful

I stayed at The Palazzo and overall the hotel is very nice — huge, clean, and I booked a Sphere View room, which had a great view. However, the parking situation was honestly terrible. It took me about 20 minutes just to get out of the garage around 6pm. After checking out, my room key no longer worked at the garage exit, so the car behind us had to back up so we could pull over. I then had to run all the way back to the front desk to get a new key, and since the hotel is massive, it was exhausting. Also, when I booked the room it included a $50 beverage credit, but they didn’t mention it at check-in. I only received it after I asked. Great hotel overall, but these small issues made the stay more tiring than expected.

I had the perfect suite!! The hotel was absolutely beautiful with great shopping and restaurants! I love the staff and all the amenities 😊
