Small Midi-style house

Charming little house located in a quiet street with a courtyard where you can park your vehicle and including a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, American refrigerator, microwave) open to a living room, two bedrooms each with a dressing room and a television (one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom with large shower and double sink, a separate toilet and a linen room with washing machine and dryer. Sheets, towels and table linen are not provided.<br>At the back of the house: a terrace with pergola including a barbecue and garden furniture. Deckchairs and bicycles are at your disposal and you can take beautiful rides on the cycle paths to get to St Hyppolite, Rivesaltes, Barcarès, Torreilles Plage, Ste Marie plage, Canet en Roussillon, St Cyprien or Argelès.<br>Possibility to walk to the market (15 mins) on Thursday and Sunday mornings, as well as to the various shops in Saint Laurent (bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, fishmongers, florists, banks, etc.) The medical centre is located near the house.<br>The supermarkets (Intermarché, Lidl, Aldi as well as Marie Blachère, Mc Donald) are 5 minutes away by car. Possibility to get around by bus.<br>Airport and TGV station in Perpignan.<br>Saint Laurent de la Salanque is located between the seaside resorts of Barcarès, Torreilles, Canet en Roussillon and 10 kms from Perpignan and 40 kms from Spain (30 minutes by motorway).
