"Notre sejour etait fantastic.... its etaient tres acceuillant et ouvert d'offre ses avis p.e. meilleurs restaurants. Les chambres ont beaucoup de caractere et tres confortable. "initial reception staff was not welcoming and for a transit hotel no english spoken by her nor any attempt. Other staff were pleasant na dhelpful Definatley a one nighter but good for that with a massive e leclerc hypermarket very close by with an excellent lunchtime cafe good fod and cheap. Siantes is a delightful town with interesting city centre streets, a beautiful cathedral and loads of cheap parking. recommeneded."

"C'était notre 3e séjour chez Thierry (sûrement pas le dernier) dans une maison confortable, pratique et propre. Châtelaillon possède une superbe plage mais est aussi un emplacement idéal pour sillonner la région : Au nord: La Rochelle, île de Ré... Au sud: Île d'Oléron, Fouras (départ vers l'île d'Aix, contour de Fort Boyard)...Nous avons vraiment apprécié le jardin avec barbecue, la piscine partagée de la résidence, les vélos pour rejoindre la plage.Très bonne communication avec Thierry.La maison possède une très bonne literie, 3 chambres avec lits doubles (2 lits simples dans une des chambres serait une bonne alternative mais ceci n'est pas rédhibitoire).Un grand merci, nous reviendrons !"

"We stayed here on our way through the west coast of France and it was the perfect place to stay in during our visit to La Rochelle. The hotel amenities were basic but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would recommend this as a stop over place."

"We stayed for 3 nights and had a relaxing break in this lovely seaside resport. The hotel is about a 4 minute walk from the seafront. It's opposite the railway station making it easy to get into La Rochelle (20 mins away) or a trip to Bordeaux for the day in the other direction. The trains are not noisy and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast at the hotel is a buffet breakfast around 15 Euros and it is superior to the breakfasts available at the seafront cafes. It's very good. The young guy on reception is very helpful and speaks good English. Thank you. The parking is easy too. Plenty of spaces in the layby along the road, by and near the hotel. I recommend it."
