Located in Saint-Lary-Soulan, this charming duplex apartment for 6 guests is on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet, well-maintained residence. Facing south, it offers plenty of natural light and an open mountain view.



The location is ideal: just 300 m from the center of Saint-Lary-Soulan, the market, shops, restaurants, cinema, pool, thermal baths, cable car, bus stops, and shuttles.



On the main floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living-dining area features an extendable table for 4–6 people and a large-screen TV. A sliding glass door opens onto a south-facing balcony with electric barbecue and plancha. There is also a separate WC with washbasin and a cabin bedroom with bunk beds.



Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility, and bed linen and towels are not provided. Please bring your own.



Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds and a master suite with a south-facing balcony, mountain view, double bed with electric base, large wardrobe, and TV. The bathroom has a bathtub, towel warmer, sink, large mirror, and WC. There is no Wi-Fi, but mobile reception is excellent.



Nearby, enjoy the Saint-Lary Pla d’Adet and Espiaube ski resorts, the Saint-Lary thermal baths and Sensoria Rio center, hiking in the Pyrenees National Park, and the Aure Valley with lakes Orédon, Cap-de-Long, Aumar, and Aubert. Activities include mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, canyoning, and fishing.
