Located at an altitude of 1700 m, between the resorts of Pla d'Adet and Espiaube, it can accommodate 4 to 6 people and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.

You will stay in a T2 accommodation of 61 m2 in souplex in an old barn fitted out with all comforts equipped for 4 people but can accommodate 6 maximum.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance with kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer and a 4-burner gas stove and oven),
- A kitchen room (a television, a large table that can accommodate 6 people, a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people)
In flexible, you will find:
- A master bedroom with a 140×190 bed, a connected TV, and a chest of drawers for storage
- A small bedroom with 1 bunk bed with 2 beds 90×190, a wardrobe to store your belongings
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet.
A private exterior delimited by a hedge of about 150 m2 equipped with a picnic table for 6 people, a parasol and a barbecue allowing you to enjoy your meals with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

The house is located at a crossroads connecting the two ski resorts in the valley, which allows quick and convenient access to the ski areas. As in any axis connecting resorts, there can be a little traffic, especially during the tourist period, but it is still a very pleasant environment.

Nearby, some buildings correspond to an old real estate project that has remained unfinished and is now unoccupied. From the garden and several areas of the house, however, you will enjoy a beautiful open view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
