A Mas in the Parc des Cévennes with breathtaking views over the Hérault valley

  • Independent house beside the Mas, in an exceptional location in the southern Cévennes with breathtaking views over the Hérault valley. This gîte combines modern comfort with top-quality equipment and authenticity. Set in unspoilt countryside nearby a GR footpath, the gîte is in the Cévennes National Park (International Dark Sky Reserve). If you love nature, walking, cycling or swimming in the river, its location makes it the ideal place to get away from it all and recharge your batteries in this haven of peace. All amenities just a few minutes away in a small historic Cévennes village, and a market town just a few kilometres away. You arrive at the gîte via steps leading down to a wooden terrace with your own parking space nearby. The house has two floors: on the upper floor is a fully equipped kitchen opening onto two terraces (outdoor equipment - tables, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ, etc) and a lounge/dining room at the rear; on the lower floor, accessed by an internal staircase, are the two bedrooms, Glycine and Tulipier, each with shower and washbasin, and separately a bathroom with views over the valley and finally a separate WC with washbasin. All the facilities are of a high standard.

Le mas de Brouat est un hébergement exceptionnel, très bien conçu, avec des prestations et équipements de haute qualité. Point de vue magnifique sur la vallée et monts alentours depuis ses terrasses.Lieu calme et reposant.Départs de randos possibles depuis le mas, nombreux sites et villages exceptionnels à visiter.Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques, très disponibles, à l'écoute des besoins. Ils donnent de nombreux conseils sur la région et les activités disponibles (riche documentation à disposition dans le gîte).Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans les Cévennes du sud. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce lieu de villégiature.
