In the middle of the Lauragais hillsides, in the sunflower fields, this old renovated farm offers you a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, 1km from the pretty hilltop village of Saint-Julia. Ideal for visiting Toulouse (48km), Carcassonne (60km) and Albi (67km), relaxing or having fun at the lake of Saint-Ferréol (12km), or discovering the bastide of Revel and its famous market (10km). On the ground floor: large living room with kitchenette, dining room and lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), shower room/WC, storeroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 120cm) (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom, separate toilet. Electric heating. Large unfenced garden, covered terrace, carport.
