"Great large property in the centre of the town. We had a lovely stay, the only thing id mention is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are extremely steep and no lift so not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issues! Could also benefit from air conditioning."

"I would return without hesitation because of the location and cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the balcony because of a wasp problem and our car didn’t fit in the garage but we almost always found space in the visitors spaces. Fans provided in each bedroom but it was very hot without A/C. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others "

"Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. We look forward to...

"It certainly has one of the best views in Annecy. I enjoyed sitting in front of the window with my cup of tea. The check in process was a bit bumpy. Vrbo correspondence had me thinking I would get an email with the check in information. But they sent me the check in information on Whatsapp. I did not expect that and so didn't see it. So, watch your Whatsapp for updates on your booking. That said, once I connected with the host on Whatsapp they were very responsive."

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."
