Character family home in the bay of Mont Saint Michel - sleeps 8

Welcome to our holiday home in Saint-Jean-le-Thomas, in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.

Ideally located, the house is less than 10 minutes (walk) from the beach, 4 km from the departures of the Mont Saint-Michel crossings (Bec d'andaine), 6 km from the magnificent beaches of Carolles and Jullouvile, 15 km from Granville and Avranches.

In the village less than 100m from the house, you can access a bakery, a supermarket and a café.
The accommodation
Completely renovated in 2025 with quality materials, it can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large bright living room, an office equipped for teleworking, a 50 m² terrace and a landscaped garden without vis-à-vis.

Equipped kitchen, new bedding, fibre wifi, video projector, it combines modern comfort and the charm of an authentic holiday home.

The house is spread over 3 levels:

Ground floor:

- Entrance with 8 kg washing machine under the stairs
- Large living room: Fully equipped kitchen (bean coffee maker, microwave, oven, induction hob, large fridge, freezer), large table, lounge area and library with sofa, comfortable armchairs and books for young and old.

On the ground floor:
- Large bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200) and desk with double screen (ideal telecommuting)
- Desk with seating area and video projector (HDMI or Chromecast)
- Bathroom with shower

Second floor:
- Bedroom with 140x200 bed and partial view of Mont-Saint-Michel
- Second bedroom with 160x200 bed and partial view of Mont-Saint-Michel
- Large bedroom with two twin beds (can be grouped together)
Bathroom with bathtub

Outside:
- Large terrace with dining table and deckchair
- Landscaped garden without vis-à-vis, out of sight
Traveller access
Guests have access to the entire house, garden and terrace.

Other remarks
This is our personal holiday home, which we use regularly. It is not designed as a classic gîte: our belongings are present there.
We ask our guests to be very respectful of the place, the equipment, and the atmosphere we wanted to create.
