About this property

Gîte des Hauts de Saint Jean. The countryside and the sea!

  • House built in 2021, accommodating up to 7 people (maximum 5 adults). South and west facing, overlooking a 900 sq m garden. Located in the hills above a small seaside village. The beach is 1 km away. 36 sq m wooden terrace. Fully equipped and brand new. An outdoor inflatable jacuzzi for 4 people (usable from May to September) is available for relaxing after a day of walking, exploring the beach, or discovering the Bay of Morlaix... the choice is yours. A baby cot is available upon request. Bedding details: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200 cm), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed 160x200 cm), Bedroom 3 (1 single bed 90x190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm). Double bed duvet: 240x260 cm Single bed duvet: 140x200 cm A bed linen package is available to save you the trouble of bringing your own. The package costs €20 per bed per stay and is payable on arrival. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen if you prefer. Even if the cleaning package is selected, we ask tenants to take care of the house. Originally from and a resident of the town, I will be happy to welcome you and answer your questions to the best of my ability. Please feel free to contact me for more information. We had a very lovely time in this excellent holiday home. Everything is there, it"s very clean, quiet evironment and very well located with only a 2 minutes to the beach. Both the villages of Saint Jean du Doigt as well as Plougasnou are very nice and pitoresque. Besides that, the communication with Laurent was excellent. He also replied immediately to our messages and gave for instance advise on questions we had. In one sentence: we had a perfect stay and would love to come back!
