Points forts: tres grande maison, tres propre, vu magnifiques a l'étage, hôte est très gentille et disponible !. Picine bien entretenu .de grand volume, des salles de bain pour toutes la famille. A proximité de toutes commodités. Et un CALME!! reposant. La deco et les meubles sont a rafraîchir. Ainsi que quelques petits travaux. La maison et la piscine ont du vis a vis , sauf dans l'eau. Je suis un peu tatillon mais je voulais une piscine sans aucun vis a vis ..meme si le voisinages étaient discret et peu présent. Je remercie l'hôte pour son accueil chaleureux et je lui souhaite d'être heureuse !!!

Un week-end entre amis idéal !

Nous avons passé un week-end parfait entre amis au sein de la maison qui est spacieuse avec un grand espace extérieur. L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à la plage et aussi en ville. Super accueil, merci encore pour. votre gentillesse !

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern für 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Es bot genügend Platz für alle, die Lage und vor allem der Pool waren ein absolutes Highlight. Vielen Dank auch nochmals an Mme Bouniol, die eine tolle Gastgeberin war.

Grand gîte sympa

Très bon accueil malgré l'arrivée tardive échelonnée ! Bien équipé et espace vital large. Les propriétaires ont ajouté une super table ping pong. Piscine très propre, un peu fraîche... Météo... Localisation calme, randonnées accessibles. On espère revenir.

Spacieuse et conviviale

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et de terrain de jeu pour les enfants. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour accueillir tout le monde (nous étions 8 adultes et 5 enfants). La plage la plus proche (Palavas) est situé à 15/20mn en voiture. Il y a des commerces de proximité (Carrefour, Super U, Boulangerie, etc.) La propriétaire est très accueillante et venait nettoyer la piscine tous les matins de bonne heure. La maison est très spacieuse et la terrasse assez grande pour accueillir deux tablées de 10 personnes (20 en tout donc). Les équipements sont nombreux et la maison très fonctionnelle.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Pool war toll und gut verschließbar ( 3 Jähriger) uns außerdem wurde er jeden Tag morgens gereinigt! Die Zimmer waren geräumig und es waren für 12 Personen ausreichend Bäder und Toiletten vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich hilfsbereit und bei jedem Problemchen sofort zur Stelle. Die Kommunikation in Englisch stellte kein Problem das!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Freundliche Leute. Eine Person spricht Englisch. Viel Platz, draußen und drinnen. Reichlich ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft sauberes Haus. 2 große Kühl-/Gefrierschränke. Der Pool (etwa 10 m x 5 m) wurde täglich morgens gereinigt; keine Hautprobleme mit Chlorgehalt; am späten Nachmittag beschattet. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück für 3 Fahrzeuge ohne Probleme, mit Rangieren auch mehr möglich. Kaum Probleme mit Stechinsekten. Ruhige Wohngegend (bedingt auch ruhiges Verhalten der Mieter). Großer Carrefour-Supermarkt in 3 km Entfernung. Das Haus ist nicht perfekt. Wenn man etwas an den Haaren herbeiziehen möchte: Geschirr und Gläser sind zusammengewürfelt. Geschirr und Gläser waren bei der Ankunft nicht sauber (Drehsprenger in der Geschirrspülmaschine waren fast zugesetzt). Keine Klimaanlage. Keine Insektengitter in den Fenstern. Nur wenige Liegen am Pool. Es ist eins der besten von vielen Ferienhäusern, die wir je gebucht haben.

Superbe villa

Accueil très chaleureux, maison et piscine très propre, conforme aux photos ! Le quartier est très calme. Les propriétaires ont toujours été là lorsque l'on avait besoin de renseignements. Nous avons passé un superbe sejour. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Un coin de paradis

Nous sommes venus dans le sud pour le mariage de notre fils, avec famille et amis et nous avions décidé de louer une grande maison et là nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cette maison. Très très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, la maison est spacieuse, propre, la piscine très bien entretenue ainsi que le terrain. L'endroit est très calme. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie très bien. Les propriétaires sont très discrets, toujours à notre écoute et d'une très grande gentillesse, encore merci d'avoir été à notre écoute. Nous sommes prêt à revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis et nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Ghislaine et Patrick.

Beautiful house in St. Jean de Vedas

A spacious, comfortable and beautiful house. The property is large and very private. An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. The owners live directly adjacent and offer a very warm welcome. Perfect for a family gathering.

Le propriétaire étant absent le contact sur place fut très compliqué !

Quelques inquiétudes à notre arrivée ne pouvant pas joindre le contact du propriétaire absent! La maison est très grande et spacieuse pour que chacun trouve ses aises, dommage que la vaisselle était sale, nous avons tout relavé au fur et à mesure... Mauvaise surprise, pas de lit bébé malgré le descriptif qui le mentionnait, il a fallu se débrouiller pour faire dormir le bébé... tout le monde a apprécié la piscine et la terrasse pour Le barbecue...

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met drie gezinnen in deze villa. Goed uitgeruste keuken, fijn groot zwembad. Heerlijk vertoeven in deze villa met voldoende schaduw. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen airconditioning in de woning aanwezig was, vooral omdat de buitentemperatuur in onze eerste week boven de 35 oC was en het 's nachts niet echt afkoelde.

Ideale Villa für Familienferien

Wir waren zum Anlass unseres 60. Geburtstages mit unseren Kindern, Partnern und Enkeln 2 Wochen hier und haben es sehr gut angetroffen. Das grosszügige Gelände ist gut unterhalten und der Pool genial. Die Infrastruktur im Haus, Küche usw. sind ideal geeignet um selber zu kochen. Der überdachte Sitzplatz war für das gemeinsame Essen von der direkten Sonne geschützt. Die Besitzerin hat den Pool regelmässig gereinigt und die Rasenflächen unterhalten. Das Haus liegt ca. 30 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Dies ermöglicht spontane Ausflüge ans Wasser oder die Camargue. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Un petit coin de paradis
