The ground floor includes a bright living room with generous seating, a fireplace, TV, and dining table, along with a large, fully equipped kitchen fitted with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee machine. Upstairs, four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms include two double bedrooms and two walk-through rooms with a mix of single and small double beds, offering flexibility for families or groups. Two bathrooms - one with a bathtub and another with a shower and toilet - along with additional toilets, ensure convenience for all guests.

Outdoors, a private covered terrace of 50 m² creates the perfect setting for long meals and relaxed evenings, while the expansive shared garden of over 1000 m² offers plenty of space to unwind. Guests also have access to a heated seasonal swimming pool, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and children’s play equipment, making it especially suited for family stays.
