"Reception were unhelpful at times, had continuous issues with keycard and not being able to get in the room. Toilet being downstairs in duplex apartment was an issue at night. Hotel menu was very limited, only 4 choices for starters, mains & deserts and it didn’t change all week. Also food cooked in peanut oil and couldn’t guarantee or change any meals to make them nut free, two of our party have nut allergies, so couldn’t eat there. "Nous avions réservé un studio, il était bien équipé avec un kitchenette, salle de bain spacieuse et beaucoup d'endroits pour poser ses affaires. L'environnement est très calme, que ce soit dans la résidence ou aux alentours, la plage est accessible a une dizaine de minutes à pied, pas mal de restaurants autour (nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de l'hôtel). Le studio était propre, accessible via un ascenseur, pas besoin de sortir dehors pour rejoindre le centre de thalasso ou nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine très bien chauffée, le jacuzzi extérieur, le sauna et le hammam. Le gros point négatif est le couchage, le canapé lit (seul couchage deux places) était très inconfortable car il grincait terriblement a chaque micro mouvement. Je recommande aux personnes ayant un sommeil lourd sinon mauvaise nuit assurée. Les matelas des lits superposés dans l'entrée avaient l'air ok."
