Beautiful, cosy resort "Domaine de Vertmarines". 98 houses in the resort. 2 km from the centre of St. Jean-de-Monts, on the outskirts, 50 km from the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 6 ha (fenced) with plants and trees. Private: garden 350 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the complex: reception, WiFi. Bread roll service (extra). Shop 2 km, sandy beach "Les Demoiselles" 3.5 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Great stay....but

From the outset let me say we really enjoyed ourselves. Lets first of all say that the description of the gite is accurate but also misleading. The property needs updating and a touch paint. Think someone has tried but... Yes there is a garage,but you cannot use it. There is a large shed inside the garage that blocks to any usage unless you arrive on a motorbike or bicycle. Yes there is a tumble dryer but the plug has been removed suggesting it is faulty and has been for a while. Fridgefeezer works but remember to open you need to open both doors at same time . No WiFi for duration of stay.(?) Yet,after saying all this,we had a great time. The outside space is fantastic. Worth a look on its own. Parking is great outside the gite. Overall I would say go and enjoy but bear in mind you might need to be well prepared

En juin, c'est calme et agréable. Les personnes de la réception sont très serviables et professionnelles. La piscine peut être chauffée mais le coût n'est pas indiqué dans les prestations supplémentaires proposées sur le site d'Interhome ; par contre on n'a rien payé pour notre chien. Globalement, c'était vraiment de belles vacances !

Toller Garten Pool; Pool wöchentlich gereinigt; Zustand des Appartments hängt so wie es aussieht vom eigentlichen Besitzer ab und nicht von der Verwaltung der Häuser (z.B. Zustand der Möbel); Alles war sauber und vorhanden, aber teils etwas "abgenutzt"; Verwaltung d. Anlage vor Ort sehr freundl. u. hilfsbereit aber abhängig von der Entscheidung d. Besitzers des Apartments (z.B. defekte Süplmaschine ersetzen); WLAN sollt heutzutage Standard sein in jedem App. sein was nicht der Fall ist!!!!!

Logement très fonctionnel Intérieur sympathique Cependant il a nécessité un « petit »nettoyage en arrivant. L’extérieur non entretenu constitue le principal point négatif même si la piscine était parfaitement opérationnelle

avons loué 1 villa dans cette résidence. Extérieur impeccable, très agréable. Par contre l interieur est médiocre et ne correspond pas aux photos du site. Canapé, inconfortable. TV minuscule et mauvais son. Matelas sales dans les chambres voire dégoûtants. Comment louer de telles choses? C'est inacceptable. Pas de WiFi, alors que j avais des dossiers à terminer. Bref, un séjour gâché , avons avancé notre départ. Ce départ fut à l image du séjour, coupure eau. NULLISSIME Beaucoup trop cher

La circonstance fait que c'est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. Dans l'annonce, la télé fait parti des équipements mais au final, il faut payer un supplément pour en bénéficier. Je trouve ça limite quand on a payé 2500 € la semaine.
