Beautiful, cosy resort "Domaine de Vertmarines". 98 houses in the resort. 2 km from the centre of St. Jean-de-Monts, on the outskirts, 50 km from the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 6 ha (fenced) with plants and trees. Private: garden 350 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the complex: reception, WiFi. Bread roll service (extra). Shop 2 km, sandy beach "Les Demoiselles" 3.5 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous avons reçu un excellent accueil ( un hrand merci à Lisa et hugo)Domaine de vert marines, la maison était spacieuse ainsi que la piscine. Nous avons apprécié le calme qui règne dans cette résidence.Vraiment top!

Maison numero 51. Pas de strore exterieur sur terrasse. Refregerateur avec bac à legume cassé . Manque de vaisselle (assiettes et manque de poele une seule diametre trop petit pour 4 personnes) . exterieur avec piscine agreable. Si possible necessite de choisir la maison et de connaitrela taille des lits

Beaucoup trop cher pour cette location : rajout de 35 € la semaine pour avoir la télé, extérieur de la villa peu nettoyée, ménage intérieur très moyen (couverture pas propre, lave vaisselle,...), jeux de draps et serviettes payant au compte goutte, pas d'activité proposée et pas d'aires de jeux (terrain de boule, ...). La seule chose OK nettoyage de la piscine régulier

La maison a de bons fondamentaux mais n’est malheureusement pas entretenue La baie vitrée ne fermait plus, la bache de la piscine un système d’un autre âge très pénible, les meubles très laids, le jardin sans arbres / herbe Nous avons passé une semaine à agréable mais pour le prix nous avons été déçus La piscine n’est pas sécurisée pour les enfants

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, la piscine est très propre et agréable ainsi que son jardin. Beaucoup d'équipements intérieurs cassés : - pas de porte serviette sdb à l'étage. - plusieurs ampoules HS. - table de jardin et pied de parasol cassé. - lumière extérieure non fonctionnelle. L'équipe de la réception a été très réactive suite à nos demandes. Nous avons trouvé le prix de ce logement trop élevé par rapport à sa qualité.

Er waren verschillende mankementen aan het huis: lamp op de gang sprong altijd stuk, verlichting pergola werkte niet, geen wifi (in het huis) zoals op de website stond vermeld daardoor konden we het zwembad niet openen zoals in huisje via website moest opzoeken, een aantal keukenmiddelen waren niet aanwezig zoals, aardappelschiller, dunschiller, klopper, …, BBQ-rooster niet gekuist (echt heel vuil), douche is aan vernieuwing toe, radio werkte niet.

Tres bon sejour

Tres bon sejour dans une residence très calme et pas tres loin des plages. Par contre les photos de l annonce sont un peu trompeuses . Nous n avons pas eu le même modèle de maison qui nous avait séduit.

Belle Maison au calme mais ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’annonce

Du positif: très belle maison bien conçue proche st jean et au calme dans une résidence privée avec une forêt côté jardin. Du négatif: les photos sur le site homelidays correspondent à une autre location de la résidence (celle qui vend du rêve). Maison sale, barbecue inutilisable car rouillé, piscine couverte mais avec un système lourd à pousser, pas de patio, pas de wifi dans la maison. Tarif trop cher au vue de la prestation: dommage.

This is not a true reflection of what you pay for!!!

The pictures of the outdoor space in this villa are great, sadly this is not what is available on arrival. We chose a 3 bed villa as this showed steps into the pool not a ladder. The awning would give good shade and the rattan furniture would make sitting outside a pleasant experience. None of this was at the villa when we arrived. The pool had a portable ladder to lug into every day. We asked for a different villa as we required steps into the pool and was given a swap and told this was our only option as they were full. There is no awning, no rattan furniture no shade hut, just cheap plastic chairs and a table. There were weeds growing through the patio slabs. We asked why this was and were told that none of this was available at the residence. The pool struggled to be an 8x4 m in size. Inside it was spacious but the lovely beds with duvets and plump pillows shown in the pictures were again sadly missing. There was a squeaky metal bed and a caravan bed both with very shallow mattresses and nothing that passed as pillows. They were hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen is as shown but a far older model. There was no WiFi unless you stood in reception and there is no bakery service on site. The 3rd bedroom had a picture of a gollywog in it, unacceptable on our opinion. The pool was cleaned once a week but the filter and pump did not work at all for the first 8 days and then only for 3 days there is no warning of pool cleaning and this did last a morning, the pool had a huge grime mark around it. The pool cover can only be used by someone who is quite strong as it cranks and is heavy. The patio door did not fit or lock and the white goods were 2nd rate. The extortionate damage liability and end of clean stay are excessive - it is clearly not cleaned by anyone else than the residents. I have used homeaway before and been really pleased but was dismayed that this company is a premier partner. It is a rip off and fraudulent we got in the car daily to buy bread paid for WiFi and chairs to relax in. Would not recommend this to anyone. We did email Madame-et vacances and they said we only bought a 3 bed villa anything else would be at the owners discretion,and in fact only 1 villa is as the photos show. I really would hope others have not been deceived as we have.

Don’t Believe the Pictures

Utterly disappointed that the property we were allocated was greatly inferior to the advertised property in terms of amenities and appearance . Parts of the property were dirty. The pool cover was extremely difficult to remove. The sofas were falling apart. The shower room was a very low standard . The kitchen accessories were pitiful or missing. The paid for linen/towels were inadequate. The outside space was scruffy and uncomfortable. The threat of huge penalties if the property wasn’t adequately cleaned were stressful.

Belle maison et piscine agréable et très beau temps !

La résidence est un peu loin de tout. Difficile de faire ses courses à pieds. Propreté bonne pour les sanitaires et salles de bains mais un peu légère dans l'ensemble (couverts pas très propres, beaucoup de poussière, toiles d'araignée...). Pas mal de mauvaises herbes sur la terrasse. TV payante et peu de chaines. Le son résonne énormément.
