This rental of 44 m2 named "52nd parallel" is planned to make your stay more enjoyable.
A very refined decoration, full of charm in a seaside atmosphere.
A vacation without the need to take back your car for the duration of your stay,
to fully enjoy the beach of St Jean de Monts and the district of Demoiselles,
A quiet and chic area located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from the forest, near the bike paths of Saint Jean de Monts, 26 km in a secure site on the slopes reserved only for bicycles.
The shops are within 50 m of your accommodation.
- 1 equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine (coffee, chocolate, tea etc ...), microwave, kettle, toaster
- 1 living room with sofa, flat screen TV 80 cm.

Ferien in St. Jean
Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich mit einer Flasche Trouspinette empfangen, die Kommunikation war stets unkompliziert, die Ferienwohnung hell und licht, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Trotz der Nähe zum Strand liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig, gute Geschäfte, auch Bäcker und Metzger sind ganz in der Nähe. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!

Très bonnes vacances
Un appartement très agréable et conforme à nos attentes : Neuf et d’une grande propreté. Idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et de la plage.
Et Manuella la propriétaire est d’une grande bienveillance.
