A beautiful 40 m² terrace with garden furniture—including a grill—is available for you to enjoy meals outdoors. The house also features a large veranda, a truly special space that lets you enjoy the garden any time of year.



Inside, you’ll find a spacious, bright living area thanks to its two large floor-to-ceiling windows opening directly onto the terrace and the veranda. The living room, furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and a television, offers a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach. Adjacent to it, the dining room features a table that seats up to 7 people. The open-concept kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, is fully stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and everything you need to prepare your meals. A second small living room on the ground floor rounds out the home’s living spaces.



As for the sleeping areas, the house features 4 comfortable sleeping areas:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a queen-size bed (160x200)

- Mezzanine : one double bed (140x190) and a small desk
