This 40M2 apartment (with ocean view) has been completely renovated and offers a totally optimized layout for your comfort.
The apartment comprises :
- A large, pleasant living room with an exceptional view over the bay of Saint Jean de Luz (kitchen, living room, TV, storage space, internet/wifi...)
- One double bedroom with ocean view (with storage space)
- One bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (with storage space)
- Bathroom with Italian shower
- Toilets
- Plenty of cupboard space

Located on the first floor, this apartment is spacious, cozy and very comfortable.
Lifestyle: everything on foot -> The beach is at the foot of the residence, and the city center and train station are a 10-minute walk from the residence.)
Its ideal location makes it the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends.

For your convenience, we offer linen rental (sheets and towels) at €30/double bed and €15/single bed.
A mandatory cleaning fee of 55€ is payable on arrival.

A security deposit of 1200 EUROS is required on arrival (preferably by cheque), and will be returned on departure if the apartment is returned in its original condition.
