Feel at HOME in this small house with a Coucouning atmosphere. Ideally located, it is in a quiet/secure area and parking in front of the house is FREE. Its entrance gives direct access to the living room/stay.Its stove in winter gives a warm effect. A large kitchen opens to the living room and is fully equipped: *Microwave *Toaster *Coffee maker *Kitchen utensils *Dishwasher/Washing machineA toilet on the ground floor but also on the 1st floor.On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms; *one with DRESSING ROOM and 2 SINGLE beds *The second with DOUBLE bed 140 X 200, a closet and small DESK for working. On the landing is a sofa and some books. PLEASE NOTE: the staircase does not have a handrail.A SMALL EXTERIOR WOOD TERRACE is accessible through the living room and NOT OVERLOOKED. Cleaning is included and carried out by a professional. Parking is free. You can enjoy the small Loiret for walks or bike rides 10 minutes by car or the Banks of the Loire. Hundreds of KM from the different castles of the Loire.

Kurzer Abstecher an die Loire

Wir waren 3 Tage hier. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Schnell erreicht können die Radwege an der Loire werden. An der Loiret gibt es eine wunderschöne Parkanlage. Wir hatten über 30 Grad und der Spaziergang war entspannend und kühlend. Das Haus hat eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Dies hat uns die Nächte gutschlafen lassen. Orleans ist sehr gut und schnell mit dem Auto aber auch per Fahrrad zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
