Studio 2 P in the marshlands, ideal for relaxation, with a swimming pool, rowboat, and bicycles in the park.

  • Rose-line and Patrick will be happy to welcome you to our family house LANGE (hence the name of the house) built around 1850.<br>The property of 400 m2 of living space is divided into 3 seasonal accommodation, plus ours. All have a furnished terrace and a private entrance for your tranquility. There is no indoor common area.<br>We lend you a boat and bicycles to enjoy the marshes.<br>Ideal for resting in a green setting and enjoying the region.<br>You will be accommodated in a comfortable and very functional studio. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need to cook. On request, I will lend you a raclette machine, fondue machine, a waffle iron, a crepe maker....<br>For baby, there will be a high chair, a travel cot, a deckchair, all lent free of charge.<br>Spacious bathroom with its large Italian shower, towels are provided as well as sheets.<br>Flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning, mosquito nets on the window and front door.<br>I don't take any cleaning costs but I would like it to be done by you, before your departure.<br>You can enjoy the terrace with its furniture (table, chairs and parasol).<br>The property is on a plot of 5,400 m2, fenced, except at the level of the conche (small river).<br>You will find 1 chicken coop, 2 vegetable gardens, many ornamental and fruit trees, more than 50 rose bushes ....<br>Free access to the 40 m2 covered swimming pool, deckchairs, buoys and games for you to relax. It is to be shared with holidaymakers from other accommodation.<br>Our animal friends are welcome with an extra charge and under the responsibility of the owners. <br>We provide you with hammocks, ping-pong table, barbecue, books, board games, electronic darts, Finnish skittles, balls, ...<br>Saint Hilaire La Palud is the capital of the Green Venice, it is a dynamic village thanks to its various shops and craftsmen, not to mention its cinema, its ornithological park and its goat farm.<br>Located halfway between La Rochelle and Niort, take the opportunity to visit Le Puy Du Fou, the Futuroscope, the different islands of the region etc...<br>We do everything we can to ensure that you have a good stay with us and that you have a memorable memory of your holiday.<br>Thank you for reading this announcement and see you soon.<br>Rose-Line and Patrick

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent long week-end dans ce studio au coeur du marais poitevin.Les propriétaires sont charmants, la communication est très facile avec eux.Le logement est très propre,situé à proximité de nombreuses balades et le grand parc /jardin est magnifiquement entretenu et si vous voyagez avec votre toutou comme c'est notre cas, il est très agréable de pouvoir le laisser y gambader en toute sécurité.Nous recommandons donc totalement ce logement !

Une très belle adresse dans le Marais Poitevin

Deux jours de repos à la campagne dans un site verdoyant et calme. Des hôtes très accueillants, un immense jardin avec piscine, au bord de la rivière. De beaux sites à proximité . Notre chienne a elle aussi bien apprécié ce court sejour!

Ecrin de verdure au top

Ravis de notre séjour avec notre petit chien qui s'est défoulé dans ce magnifique parc avec la conche qui borde une partie. Accueil très chaleureux, des gens charmants et à nos petits soins, piscine au top, studio très fonctionnel, très bon couchage. Endroit très calme et à côté visites parc ornithologique, Coulon, Arsais.... petit port de Montfaucon... plus loin La Rochelle.... Merci à Rose Line et Patrick

Authentique et calme

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Studio tout confort dans très belle propriété du pays. Proche de La Rochelle à une demi-heure de route et en plein cœur du marais poitevin a proximité d’un très interessant parc ornithologique où l’on peut y passer la journée : promenade en barque+repas avec spécialité du coin ou panier garni et visite du site.
