Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play in complete peace and quiet. A 20 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors and fully enjoy sunny days.



Inside, entry into the house is via the first floor through a veranda, a real asset of the property. Bright and welcoming, it has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people for your meals with family or friends. You will then access the lounge, consisting of a sofa and a small television, ideal for relaxation after the beach. The American-style kitchen, located nearby and running on gas, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, **filter coffee maker**, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.



On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)

- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190)



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



Two parking spaces outside are available on the residential property.



For your comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine and an iron.
