Maison très agréable et bien aménagée. Il ne manque rien comme à la maison. Extérieurs avec jardin et grand préau ou l’on peut se reposer sans vis à vis dans des transats mis à disposition. Calme et commerces à proximité. Très bien

Le gîte se trouve dans une petite rue très peu fréquentée, on dors donc très bien même fenêtre ouverte. Le gîte est bien isolé et en cas de canicule (que nous avons vécu), on parviens à capturer de la fraicheur la nuit qu'on stocke pour la journée. La mer est proche et de belles grandes plages s'offre à vous. Les équipements sont parfait et la terrasse et jardin sont très appréciés. Un grand magasin hyper U est tout proche. Enfin, les alentours permettent de belles balades (les marais, balades en bateau, la presqu’île de Noirmoutier, les sables d'Olonne avec tout ce qui à trait au Vendée Globe,... .

Maison très bien équipée, calme, confortable, proche des plages et du centre ville.(et Hypermarché).Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer notre hôte, mais elle est disponible et très réactive.Merci encore pour les" petites attentions" d' accueil!

Très bon séjour dans cette maison confortable. Bien que nous soyons arrivées juste quand débutait la canicule, nous avons pu passer du temps à l'intérieur sans trop souffrir de la chaleur. Donner les consignes d'arrivée et codes par mail ou sms, plutôt que de vouloir passer par une application inutile aurait été tout aussi efficace et rapide.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison idéalement située, à deux pas de la mer et des commerces. C’est un point de départ parfait pour rayonner entre Noirmoutier et les Sables-d'Olonne. La maison est conforme à l’annonce, propre et bien équipée.Le vrai plus pour nous : l'accueil des animaux. Le jardin est entièrement clos, ce qui a permis à nos deux petits chiens de s'ébattre en toute sécurité.Bien que nous préférions le contact direct avec les propriétaires, l'arrivée et le départ en autonomie ont été très bien organisés. On sent que la maison est habitée régulièrement (placards en partie occupés), mais cela n'a posé aucun problème à notre confort. Une adresse à retenir !

Votre maison est très agréable pour notre semaine de vacances, les équipements sont conformes à la description, très bonne literie et un petit plus pour la terrasse couverte. La propriétaire à su répondre à nos attentes. Le terrain clos à vraiment permis à notre chien de profiter des extérieurs en toute sécurité.

Logement géniale, saint hilaire de riez est une très belle ville, plein de ville sur la côtes très accessible. Énormément d’activités pour enfant de bas âge dans les environs . La maison est bien décorée, extrêmement propre , la literie est confortable, le jardin était suffisant pour nous trois et un chien, on pouvait se garer à l’intérieur ce qui est un plus. Il y avait plein d’accessoires pour enfant mis à disposition lit pour bébé , chaise haute , chaise pour bébé .nous n’avons manquer de rien avec tout ce qui était mis à disposition. Les hôtes étaient réactif . Nous avons passées une semaine géniale et on s’est sentis comme chez soi. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr . Merci encore.

Belle découverte

Très bon accueil. Maison conforme au descriptif, comme à la maison, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. Situé dans un quartier calme, idéal pour rayonner dans les communes avoisinantes et le littoral. Mer à 30 mn à pieds. Avons apprécié les fruits de mer et nos balades sur la corniche, avec une météo ensoleillée. Adresse que nous gardons soigneusement dans nos favoris.

One of the best holday homes we've stayed at.

Everything you can want for a perfect high quality holiday home, comfortable, lots of space, good location and high quality equipment. We enjoyed the terrace and private garden. Any questions or problems were quickly sorted out. We just loved the house and can't wait to go there again.

Une location magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette maison. Rien ne manquait une propreté irréprochable une literie neuve, une maison calme proche des plages 5 mn en voiture et du centre ville à pied à 5 mn. Les propriétaires sont adorables, accueillants et nous ont offert des spécialités de la région à notre arrivée. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette maison.
