- NOTE: Harbor Island Owners Association requires a gate pass to gain access to the private island. Gate passes are non-refundable. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island, and are subject to change. The current cost is $25 for the first day and an additional $10 for each subsequent day. After rental confirmation, the homeowners will reach out to you for parking payment which is collected separately
- NOTE: A 4-person electric golf cart is included in the rental. This gives easy access to eight areas of the beach, including one accessible to wheelchairs and mobility scooters. A waiver will be required prior to using the golf cart. Guests must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance to operate the golf cart
