Friendly staff and good value for monies. Convenient with 200 to RER to paris center for 2.5 euros. Only 35 minutes. This hotel comes highly recommended from a frequent traveller

The rooms smelled terrible. I had to open the window and door to let smell out. Bed mattresses seemed like they came from a jail cell. Bathroom was ridiculously small and the sink was next to the bed. Overall the room looked like a jail cell not a bedroom

This is not a hotel at all by any definition. Very dirty, very old and used up, no parking (only public). Other guests look, sound and smell weird. Definitely not for a couple or a family. I checked out right after I saw the very dirty smelly room although booking was non refundable because it was unbearable.

I wanted to check out and go find another place but the other hotel in the area was full so I went to the local market and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower and the sink because they were disgustingly dirty. It’s far from the city so once you leave you probably won’t return til the end of the day. Also, the place reeks of a mixture of cigarette smoke and B.O. It was BAD. Front desk staff is nice and were helpful but other than that, no, just no.

We checked in after the check in time but our room was still not ready. The toilet was unclean and there was no soap/body wash in the bathroom We were given a code in the check in instructions but the code didn’t work. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay

A very convenient place, very functional...close to shops, restaurants and transport, very accessible. Staff are very nice. Close to Paris and the beautiful place called Enghein les Bains. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The attendant on our first day was rude, he had non challant attitude, we got a room that was very smelly of sigarette, we eventually had it changed even though we left a day paid for them to have prepared the room.overall I wouldn't book this part particular hotel again

- Almost everywhere was smelly starting from. the main gate. - staff was not enough friendly. - the whole room needed to be cleaned. - location far from Paris needs 2-3 connections if public transport is taken. - shower room was dark (no lights was working) - shower holder was broken had to hold the shower with one hand and wash my hair with another. I am.sorry I have to give 1 star to this hotel but the main problem was the parking. On their description it says free parking but it is not We only stayed 1 night as we wanted to visit Paris and waisted our time to find where to leave the car. So very dissapointed. Also having a 4 years old with us, and me.being pregmant made it even more difficult. So not very accurate at all, please check before if you are coming by car otherwise they will ruin your stay. Not happy at all with the parking but we managed to find parking around it ,paid 4 euros for 2 hours and then overnight was free but we had to leave at 9am. So not convenient as check out was later and we had to rush. Breakfast was really poor, not too many options. I had coffe ( which was not good either) and croissant with ham. The reception man was not really polite saying that he did not do the description on the website, so he was quite rude aswell. The room itself was old and rusty, I dont recomment it
