Fancy taking to the sea on the Vendée coast? This freshly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment awaits you! These 48m2 can comfortably accommodate 4 people for a family stay or with friends. The master bedroom has a 160 bed and the living room sofa is a double sofa bed. The lovely kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped (vitroceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc.) You will also appreciate the large balcony with blinds to have your breakfast in the sun. The living room, with its current and refined decor, is ideal for relaxing or watching a good film. An outdoor parking space is reserved for you at the bottom of the building. Take advantage of doing everything on foot, by bike or by bus (stop at the bottom of the building), the apartment is ideally located for this!
