Welcome to Maison Les Bains de Mer, a charming cocoon ideally located in the heart of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, this delightful two-story townhouse offers the perfect home base to enjoy the lively seaside resort while benefiting from the rare luxury of an outdoor space with a private spa. With its intimate atmosphere and perfectly thought-out layout, it is the dream retreat for a serene holiday.

Living spaces...

Right from the doorstep, the ground floor reveals a warm and functional living area. The living room, equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi connection, offers a comfortable relaxation space. It opens onto a lovely, fully equipped kitchen designed to make your stay easier: you will find everything you need for your breakfasts (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a dishwasher as well as a washing machine seamlessly integrated. To top it all off, raclette and fondue sets are at your disposal for gourmet and convivial evenings after a day at the beach!

Our sleeping areas...

The layout of the house is particularly comfortable as the sleeping area is organized around two real little suites, ensuring perfect privacy for each guest:

On the ground floor: A beautiful double bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) featuring its own en-suite shower room. Separate toilets complete this level.
Upstairs: A charming bedroom offering two single beds (90x200 cm), also benefiting from its own private en-suite shower room.
Extra bedding: The living room sofa is a convertible sleeper sofa, easily accommodating two additional guests.

(Please note: A baby kit including a travel cot, mattress, and high chair is provided free of charge to lighten your luggage).

Our outdoors and wellness area...

The true gem of this small townhouse is its intimate and beautifully landscaped outdoor space. You will discover a dining area to enjoy your outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and a parasol. But the absolute privilege remains its private spa (hot tub): being able to slip into it at the end of the day to relax your muscles after a long walk along the harbor is an unforgettable experience!

The house offers the ultimate holiday luxury: a hyper-central location that allows you to completely forget your car and do everything on foot. You are immersed in the gentle bustle of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, just a few minutes' walk from the fishing port, pedestrian streets, the train station, and local food shops. For swimming, the charming and family-friendly Boisvinet beach, nestled in its picturesque cornice, is only 800 meters from the house. Walking and cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate the quick access to the legendary Vélodyssée cycle path.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
To guarantee a hotel-quality standard and absolute transparency, preparation fees are not included in the online reservation. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after your stay is confirmed.

Mandatory fees (Essential Services):
End-of-stay cleaning (Mandatory): €55 per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a respectable condition: clean dishes and emptied bins).
Bed linen and towel flat rate (Mandatory): €10 per person. This fee allows us to provide hotel-quality linen (beds are made upon your arrival), bath towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen towels.

Your Comfort Options (Upon request):
Early check-in (subject to availability): €50.
Late check-out (subject to availability): €50.
Additional cleaning during your stay: €39 per hour.
Pets (under 25 kg): €15 per stay.

Security deposit: A €750 security deposit will be requested before your arrival. This is done via a credit card pre-authorization (the amount is not charged).

In order to preserve the beauty of this house, the interior is strictly non-smoking. Parties and loud events are not allowed to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. The use of the spa is under the full responsibility of the guests.
