Maison Familiale de Bord de mer

  • In Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in the Gulf of Morbihan, right in the heart of a Natura 2000 protected area, come enjoy a relaxing family holiday in our seaside home surrounded by a large, fully enclosed garden.

    Ideally located between the village and the famous Pointe du Grand Mont, once you arrive, there’s no need to get back in the car: whether it’s the beach or the village, everything is within walking or biking distance!

    Completely renovated in 2023, the house can accommodate up to 10 people.

    On the ground floor: the kitchen, living room, dining veranda, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet.

    Upstairs: bathroom (shower and toilet), 2 double bedrooms, and a large bedroom with 4 children’s beds.

    Outside: Behind the house, a peaceful wooden deck with a large umbrella. Out front, a small garden seating area in the shade of the trees so you can enjoy the garden all day long.

    A spacious garage with a washing machine and dryer.

    Sheets and towels are included in the rental price, but this option can be excluded upon request.

    The entire property is reserved for guests.

Très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel de St Gildas, proche commerces du centre-ville (à pieds)Proche Grand Mont et son chemin des douaniers et grande plage pour les amateurs. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, la literie est de qualité.Nous étions 7 sur 15 jours mais 10 sur un week-end sans problème. Point non négligeable, la place pour les voitures, jusqu’à 5 je pense sans se bloquer. Échange très agréable et fluide avec notre Hôtesse qui répond très rapidement aux questions. Evidemment je recommande.
