  • New services large living room 37 m2.. Bedroom ground floor with bathroom with walk-in shower small unenclosed gardens at the end of a cul-de-sac .very light and very well soundproofing and thermally insulating parquet flooring in the bedrooms and underfloor heating weekly rental in July August and 4 days minimum the rest of the time sheet and linen to be provided duvet and pillow available
    Other remarks
    the cleaning fee of 80 euros is optional depending on you and can be managed at the handover of the keys.. Linen, towels and sheets are not provided, pillows and duvets are available. The 50% fee is to be paid directly to me and is only refundable under very strict conditions
