Large renovated farm facing Mont Blanc and on the slopes
Large farmhouse completely renovated in 2018, located opposite Mont Blanc in a property of 3 hectares of nature, on the edge of the "Saint Gervais" ski slope and at the start of many hiking and mountain biking trails. The farm overlooks the village of Saint-Gervais and all its shops and restaurants located 5 minutes by car. The ski area is accessible in winter by ski directly next to the house or by car 3 km away. Ski school 3 km away. In summer, children's games in the garden. Quarter-grand piano available on request. Library provided with numerous books and regional guides. Megève is 10 km away, Chamonix 28 km, Geneva 68 km and Annecy 80 km.
