Holiday Home “Les 3 Mésanges” with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

  • Located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, Normandy, this charming 100 m² house welcomes up to 5 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. For families, a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books for children are provided. The cozy living room features a wood stove and a sofa bed, and a mezzanine relaxation area offers a view of the coastal conservatory.



    Outdoors, unwind in your private garden bordering the conservatory, perfect for scenic walks. The uncovered private terrace and private barbecue are ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing moments. A shared playground is also available.



    On-site shared parking for 1 vehicle is provided. One pet is welcome. Please note that events are not permitted. Self check-in makes your arrival easy. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge.



    The beach is just 450 meters away, with shops and restaurants less than 2 minutes by car. You are ideally located to explore major regional sites: Mont Saint-Michel is 1.5 hours by car, and the D-Day beaches are 45 minutes away. Water sports and summer attractions are nearby.
