"This was our 2nd year at this house and town. We love the spaciousness of the house and Garden. The pool is lovely. The House is very well equipped with all modern applicances. The location is only a 10minute walk into the town and beach promenade. Great town with all you can ask for. Town is very close to La Rochelle - 20minute drive or just a 15 minute train ride from the local train station. Restaurants in the town and beach area are all very good with really nice staff. "The property internally was very good but needs some finishing off. Property full of flies. VRBO advertised property inclusive of use of pool and hot tub. Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this...
