Accessible via a fully independent entrance at the back of the house, this accommodation offers complete autonomy and a true sense of cozy privacy. The living area, combining the lounge and dining space, opens onto a large balcony-terrace—the perfect spot to enjoy a sunny breakfast, share a summer dinner, or simply relax in the fresh evening air.
The kitchen is a real playground for food lovers! Fully equipped, it has everything you need to cook with ease or enjoy a coffee break: stovetop, extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
The first level also includes a comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and a separate toilet.
A staircase leads to the sleeping area upstairs, designed to delight both children and adults: two large bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and plenty of storage; a third bedroom ideal for kids or teens, with two 80 cm beds and a play area; and a shower room with toilet completes this cozy and functional space.
Outside, the tree-filled garden is a true little paradise—perfect for sunlit lunches, relaxing, playing, or simply curling up with a good book while everyone enjoys their own quiet corner.
Two high chairs are available for the little ones.
The house is divided into two separate units. The offered accommodation is completely independent, and the ground floor is not occupied during your stay, ensuring peace, privacy, and serenity throughout your visit.
