The kitchenette, open to the living area, has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a four-burner electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, electric oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment located in the living room.

The sleeping area features a welcoming bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. It also has direct access to a second balcony, ideal for enjoying the cool summer evenings.
An en-suite bathroom with a washing machine completes this space, while the toilet is separate.

Make the most of the two balconies, furnished with a table and chairs, offering open views over the pine trees for peaceful and relaxing moments.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
