This house features an entrance hall with large closets leading to a separate toilet, a bathroom with storage units and a washing machine, an open-plan equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, grill oven, 2-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a dining area with a table and chairs, and a living room with a sofa bed (flat-screen TV) opening onto a terrace (garden table and chairs) and garden to enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 90cm bed, and a bright bedroom with a chest of drawers and a 140cm bed. For parking, you can safely park your vehicle at the front of the house.
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided - services can be ordered upon request.
Cleaning service available upon request; otherwise, a specific cleaning deposit will be required. Accommodation deposit of €500 to be paid by check upon arrival or via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.
