"Staff were great, location was really easy, had early check in and free upgrade. The room and hotel overall was lovely however the breakfast was pretty basic for the cost and could definitely be improved. At the weekend, there was very little left when we headed down at 7am, however this wasnt the case on the monday when we were later where staff were continuously replacing low food. "

"First time stay at the Ibis Geneva on Grand Pré . Hôtel was generally clean and confortable, though I was surprised by the small size of the room.. for someone that's used to American Style Hotels, it was kind of a surprise,but it's close to downtown and they likely want to maximize floor usage.. The shower sims were showing some age and could have been redone or cleaned more thoroughly, but other than that, the room was clean and well lit. Located on 5th floor and looking out on the main street, but nonetheless very quiet. King size bed was very comfortable. Lobby is nicely setup with lots of spaces to sit and work with laptop.. WiFi was free and worked well. All in all very recommended."

"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."

"Super convenient location makes this hotel the best choice for a traveler to Geneva. The property is very well maintained though been for many years in operation. The staff is always helpful and responsive."
