3 km from St Geniès (shops) and 15 km from Sarlat, detached house of 150 m2 near the owners. Ground floor (access by 3 small steps): a kitchen-dining room. A living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, and Wi-Fi internet connection. A bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and its adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms have a 140x190 bed. A 4th bedroom with a 130x190 bed and a 90 bed. Then a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a double sink and a toilet. Collective wood chip heating. Unfenced land of 150 m2 bordered by a hedge. Terrace of 30 m2 with garden furniture, and a plancha. Private parking. Heating, electricity and linens included. Towels €8/person/change. Sheets €15/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €150. Ideally located between Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, and Montignac, a visit to the International Centre for Parietal Art Lascaux 4, you will be halfway between the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites (Caves around Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of Prehistory) and the Dordogne Valley and its castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, etc.); it is the ideal starting point to discover all the riches of the Périgord Noir. You can walk to the village via a small limestone path to enjoy the shops, the tennis court, and the multi-sports ground. The village of St Geniès was featured on the TV show "Des racines et des ailes" on February 14, 2018. It is an authentic Périgord village renowned for its blond stone buildings and slate roofs.

Grande maison très propre à 1km5, à pied, du joli bourg où on trouve le nécessaire avec de la qualité. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et....il y a profusion de balades et visite à partir de St Genies Très bon sejour
