"We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. The villa had everything we needed and so much space. Great location close to Pezanas, great supermarkets, 20 mins from the beach and vineyards everywhere we went. We would love to return another time."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "This property is superb and very well equipped with everything you could need (apart from toilet paper!). It was ideal for us with our 3 adult sons, aged 18-24, because the layout meant that everyone had plenty of space and privacy. It is an easy 15 minute drive from Beziers airport and there are supermarkets and smaller shops less than 5 minutes away. The river, local beach and some nice restaurants are within walking distance. "Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances nous avons été très bien accueillis par le service conciergerie qui a été très réactif suite à un petit problème . La pièce à vivre est tres bien agencé Le seul petit hic … l accès à la maison la marche est un peu haute Un rideau sur la piscine serait un plus Et un peu plus de rangement et un miroir dans la suite parentale ( surtout quand on est 15 jours sur place)."

"Firstly Christine and Stephane were fantastic - there to great us having made the place absolutely spotlessly clean, explained everything, nothing was too much trouble and always available. Lovely people as well. Really beautiful villa and pool in an amazing location - literally 2 minutes to a very quiet part of the beach - accessing made it feel like a private beach. An easy cycle (on bikes provided) to pick up the bread and croissants every morning. Highlights for the children were jet skiing...

A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. Delightful and communicative owner with bonus of having the maintenance team living next door. Can’t wait to return"
