Petit chalet chez Gaston – Free Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

WELCOME to MONTAIMONT, land of oyster farmers! Part of the new commune of St. François-Longchamp.



The rental is located in La Pallud, the first of the village’s 15 hamlets, facing south. You have free Wi-Fi and power outlets with USB and USB-C. At the entrance, there’s a kitchenette with a hot air fan, induction hob, extractor hood, sink, cupboards, and shelves. Separated by a sliding door, the bathroom has a shower, toilet, and towel warmer. In the living area, you’ll find a 184x140 cm sofa bed, shelves, fridge, table with four chairs, TV, and microwave.



In the attic, there’s air conditioning, two 90x200 cm beds, several cupboards, and drawers. The fully paneled chalet faces south and offers stunning panoramic views.



Bed linen, household linen, and towels are provided on request. Crockery is provided free of charge.



Electricity costs are at your expense from the 3rd night onwards.



Outside, there’s a shared covered terrace and a communal charcoal barbecue. The south-facing aspect offers an exceptional panoramic view.



You have an outdoor parking space and a shared bike room in the garage, which can also accommodate up to two motorbikes, skis, and various equipment. One pet is allowed on request. Smoking is permitted. Events are not allowed.



The hosts live nearby. Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday, but other arrangements are possible. The hosts speak French, English, Italian, and German.



Shops are 8 km away. Bread and wood-fired pizza available on Saturdays, order by Friday.
